KDL Pathology

The Challenge
KDL Pathology is a leading, physician-owned pathology laboratory in Knoxville, Tennessee. Trusted by a wide network of healthcare practitioners, KDL is more than a regional enterprise. Yet, as a business, KDL struggled to capitalize on those connections and expand their reach. In short, KDL needed a new corporate identity.

Our Solution
MG worked with KDL to create an identity that reflected a rapidly growing national presence using a variety of digital and content marketing efforts. Redesigned print materials were a top priority, including business cards, pens, flyers, mailers, and folders. MG also developed a new website for KDL with crisp inbound content to match.

Scope of Work
branding • logo design • corporate identity design • print collateral design

HealthStar

The Challenge
HealthStar is a nationwide Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) provider primarily based in Knoxville, TN. EVV is an electronic-based system that collects information through a secure website, app, or phone, to monitor in-home caregivers and prevent fraud and abuse.

Our Solution
HealthStar and MG have worked in tandem on several projects with the ultimate goal of increasing awareness of EVV and contracting with State healthcare providers. By assisting in the solidification of design and copywriting standards and projects, MG was able to assist HealthStar in its goals of providing a fraud-free home healthcare system.

Scope of Work
copywriting • print collateral • inbound marketing

SeqGen

The Challenge
Founded in 1998, SeqGen, Inc. is an international authority on DNA sequencing equipment. Hoping to modernize their brand and boost sales, SeqGen came to MG in search of fresh ideas and a reliable agency to make them happen. Although the company had never dabbled in content creation before, we saw enormous potential for growth in their highly specialized industry.

Our Solution
To liven up SeqGen’s brand, MG started by replacing their logo and editing their corporate identity. The logo we created is sleek yet versatile, with the option to be used on a variety of colored backgrounds. MG then edited SeqGen’s website to show off the new logo and branded colors. Our firm has also made a profound impact for SeqGen using inbound marketing techniques such as blogging, social media content creation, and lead nurturing through email workflows.

Scope of Work
branding • logo design • corporate collateral • website design and development • inbound marketing

United Allergy Services

The Challenge
United Allergy Services is based in San Antonio, Texas with over 500 employees in 19 states. They specialize in setting up operational allergy testing and therapy centers in existing medical practices. Their marketing is directed at primary care physicians and doctors looking for an additional revenue stream and service offerings in their practice. The rapidly growing company needed help with its brand identity to keep up.

Our Solution
MG created dozens of marketing and branding pieces for UAS including creative ad campaigns, brochures, booklets, tradeshow booths and materials, employee newsletters, employee training binders, promotional collateral, in-house program logos, etc. MG also improved UAS’s web presence with Google AdWords, custom landing pages, e-newsletters and digital presentations for prospective clients.

Scope of Work
branding • marketing • website • mobile • Google AdWords campaign

Trinity Health Foundation

The Challenge
Trinity Health Foundation of East Tennessee is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing project grants to nonprofit organizations within the surrounding communities. With various grant cycles and initiatives to showcase on their website, Trinity Health Foundation approached MG looking for an updated website to easily organize and communicate its mission.

Our Solution
Focused on displaying the organization’s heart of service, MG designed and developed a modern and simplified website that is easy to navigate and find information regarding the foundation’s initiatives, grants, and application process. MG also integrated an events calendar with a community submission form to showcase events for local nonprofits.

Scope of Work
website design and development • monthly website maintenance

Pediatric Choice

The Challenge
MG has partnered with Pediatric Choice Clinic for more than a decade, playing a vital role in helping establish its presence through three community-based clinics.

The Solution
Morris spearheaded the transformation of the Lenoir City office by directing the redesign of its brand system, launching an updated website, and introducing a seasonal social campaign to engage new parents in the community.

Scope of Work
branding • marketing • advertising • signage • social campaign • website

Mercy Health Partners

The Challenge
Morris Group began working with St. Mary’s Health System in 2001, providing design services for corporate collateral and print advertising. In 2008, St. Mary’s Health System merged with Baptist Health System to form Mercy Health Partners, which served patients throughout East Tennessee in seven hospitals, 16 other facilities, and a wide network of physicians. The new system was faced with balancing and combining the brand identities of two unique organizations with one common goal – mission-based healthcare service – into a new brand that would be at once powerful and enduring, and almost immediately familiar to patients and physicians in a highly competitive healthcare landscape.

Our Solution
MG was tasked to lead this challenging re-branding effort. In just over a month’s time, a new logo – based upon that of Mercy’s parent company, Catholic Healthcare Partners – and a distinctive typographic and color system were rolled out into signage and print advertising. MG swiftly extended the branding effort into all of Mercy’s marketing efforts, including redesigned print collateral, environmental and informational graphics, and a new online presence.

Scope of Work
branding • marketing • advertising • billboards • print materials • video

East Tennessee Quality Alliance Handwashing Campaign

The Challenge
Make Clean Contagious is an East Tennessee Quality Alliance Handwashing Program. The program educates kids, parents, schools, workplaces, and healthcare workers on the importance of washing your hands. The message of the program is “Keeping hands clean is one of the most important ways to prevent the spread of infection andillness. With heightened concern about the spread of flu and dangerous infections like MRSA, it’s even more important. Help keep yourself — and your community and family — healthier by washing your hands regularly and making clean contagious.” While the message is simple, the initiative is important to the prevention of illness.

Our Solution
The program is online and provides free downloadable materials and detailed information to different constituents aboutthe prevention of spreading flu and other infections. Through creative strategy and messaging, we were able to make handwashing fun and encourage young people to get in the habit.

Scope of Work:
campaign branding, advertising collateral, website design and development

Siemens Medical

The Challenge

Client Testimonial

“Morris Group (MG) has served as the host for Trinity’s website for the past ten years. The MG team created our website and has provided excellent service by troubleshooting and maintaining its functionality. This service has been essential since Trinity’s grant process depends on online proposal submissions.

MG recently recommended a necessary update to enhance the outdated theme compatibility with WordPress. We are currently updating the entire site with a new, clean, fresh appearance. The design team quickly identified our preferences and has delivered creativity and expertise to the design process. We look forward to the finished product. I highly recommend Morris Group and its design team.”
